With over 20 years of executive leadership in healthcare and wellness, Richard Falcha has served as President of VMD Sciences since January 2023. In his role, Richard drives strategic initiatives to bridge human health innovations into veterinary medicine, enhance access to advanced treatments, and improve outcomes for animal care providers and patients. 

Richard has devoted his career to enhancing health access, empowering teams, and delivering innovative care solutions—launching concierge hearing services at A Listening Ear (CEO, 2020–2021) amid Covid challenges to connect patients with vital referrals, establishing Consortia Health's Senior Health division (President, 2016–2020) to expand wellness offerings in senior communities, and restructuring operations to better serve diverse populations. A former Walgreens General Manager, he spearheaded community-focused initiatives through diabetes management programs and hospital collaborations for seamless prescription delivery. Holding an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University, Richard excels in strategic planning, stakeholder alliances, and operational leadership to provide timely, life-improving health solutions for individuals and communities. 

Richard joined VMD Sciences to apply his proven expertise in human health to the veterinary community, commercializing technologies, optimizing delivery pathways, accelerating animal science to expand care to animals across the globe, and facilitating better medicine access for animals in need.
