Working with Dr. Seth Glasser at Garden State Veterinary Specialists, VMD Sciences secured a specialized tyrosine kinase inhibitor for Jetta, an 8-year-old dog with a subcutaneous mast cell tumor, after standard treatments proved ineffective. Although the medication was approved in Europe but unavailable in the U.S., VMD Sciences managed regulatory and customs requirements to ensure timely importation. This collaboration expanded treatment options for Jetta and strengthened Dr. Glasser's standing in the veterinary community, demonstrating the value of innovative access strategies in veterinary oncology.
