Serving in leadership roles ranging from Vice President, Sales to Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing to President to CEO, Billy has a demonstrated success record in revenue growth, profitability improvement, and sales/recruitment/service/operations process in distressed and changing company cultures while remaining laser focused on customers’ outcomes and employee development & performance.

Over the last 20+ years, Billy has been engaged with enterprises delivering strategic human capital solutions dedicated to clinical trials, scientific discovery, research & development, and patient wellbeing in domestic and global markets.  In one company, while President of a global Resourcing entity, and though not a scientist by education or training, Billy was selected to concurrently lead the Clinical Monitoring organization (1,100 employees) for their adjacent global CRO, committing the team to quality & regulatory compliance, exemplary service to clients, and meeting business objectives.
